As many of you know... Yesterday, Apogee 'finally' came out with their Lion software update for their (now legacy) Duet interface. Based on some sketchy details I have seen... Once installed, the Maestro 1 software (that came with the Duet) may not be fully functional or even function at all. Can someone shed some light on this? Have any of you Duet users completed the Lion update yet?

Please tell me how it went and does your Maestro 1 work or even exist after you did the update. BOTTOM LINE: If I do the Lion update, will I have the use of Maestro with my Apogee Duet?

Click to expand.I'd say they ARE pretty busy right now.AFAIK they're still trying to get the ensemble to work with Lion.think of all the emails they're getting about not only the Duet, but Ensemble as well because they're advertised as super stable with a Mac, though i don't think its TOTALLY their fault either.on top of all that, they're probably still trying to get driver's working for the MIC, wouldn't wanna work at any of these companies around the time of OS upgrades, massive nightmare. Problem: Mac Pro OSX-Snow Leopard it doesn't recognize duet, i'm using sonnet fireware adaptor (400 to 800), my apogee maestro software is up to date 1.9.14-Snow Leopard compatible. I don't know what's wrong maybe is the Apogee Maestro New Driver, because when i go to the system profiler it shows Duet is connected, but it doesn't appear on the audio preferences panel.the green led on Duet keep blinking, never go green solid and when i go to the PREFERENCES on APOGEE MAESTRO i can't check the 'launch maestro automatically when connecting a device' box.before was working perfect with my laptop (Macbook pro, fireware 800, Mac OSX 10.4.11). I've trying to register my product on apogee website to get support, but is not working ok, i can't create an account, something is wrong with the site.so please if anyone can help me with this issue i'll really appreciate that.is urgent!!!
